Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started?
Please reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We will review your concerns and goals and discuss if my services and expertise are the correct fit for your needs.
Do you provide crisis support?
No, I am not able to provide crisis support services at this time. Please call 911 or the Suicide Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or text 988 to speak with a crisis counselor. You can also call the 24 hour number listed on the back of your insurance card.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes! I offer both in-person and remote sessions via confidential and secure telehealth technology.
I am licensed through PSYPACT to practice virtually and I am able to see patients located in any participating PSYPACT state (which is most states except New York, Massachusetts, and California).
Can I use my insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Full payment is due at the time of service. However, I will provide you with a monthly “Superbill” for you to submit to your insurance or HSA for reimbursement. I recommend that you check with your insurance company regarding your out-of-network benefits.
What is your hourly rate?
My hourly rate is $260 per 60 minute session, but I can easily tailor session lengths to your needs.
What is “Evidence-based therapy”?
Evidence-based practice is the application of research-based treatments that are tailored by an experienced therapist to meet a client’s individual needs. Research-based means that empirically supported treatments have been studied in several rigorous, controlled, large-scale clinical trials involving thousands of patients.

I can provide family therapy for a patient and their loved ones as long as there is a specific goal in mind.
